Femmes Forward offers a comprehensive career development experience for rising women leaders. The program provides a mix of leadership insights, skills workshops, inspiration from speakers, community-building and more, culminating in a personalized advancement plan. Other audiences of women are supported through spin-off versions of Femmes Forward, including Femmes Forward FRIDA (for women creative directors), and Femmes Forward Academy (for junior-level women).

Prioritizing Mental Health and Wellbeing with Havas Minds


Havas Minds represents our commitment to employee mental wellbeing. With a custom-designed mental health awareness series on Havas University, all employees are provided fundamental awareness on the spectrum of mental health, navigating conversations at work, and wellness action planning. A network of Mental Wellbeing Champions is also engaged in this focus, driving impact and awareness through initiatives in our offices around the world.

Our wellbeing opportunities range from global sessions throughout the year on topics like energy management, finding balance, parental wellness, and setting boundaries, to agency-led initiatives like sponsored clubs and sports teams, meditation sessions, no-meeting “Focus Fridays,” and Wellness Lounges where employees are encouraged to disconnect and recharge.
