Launched in 2018, Havas All In is our approach to Global Inclusion and Belonging. All In cultivates a culture where our employees feel supported to be their authentic selves, where all perspectives are encouraged and respected, and where all feel equally supported in developing their careers.

 

We track cultural impact through our annual employee survey and are proud of consistently high ratings on factors related to inclusion and belonging.

 

Havas Minds:
our mental wellness approach

 

At Havas, creating an environment that supports employee mental wellbeing is a key priority. We believe that we all have a responsibility to understand the spectrum of mental health and foster a healthy work culture. In 2020, we launched a range of training sessions to support employee wellness during the pandemic, and have since introduced Havas Minds.

 

The approach includes mental health awareness training for all global employees, a community of mental health champions to drive global impact, continued learning and awareness and frequent sharing of agency wellness initiatives.
