Havas All In:
our DEIB strategy
Launched in 2018, All In is Havas’ global approach to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). All In involves all levels of the organization by empowering local and regional initiatives around the group, as well as enabling collaboration on global DEIB efforts. Key focus areas include women and gender equality, access to the industry, ethnic and cultural representation, LGBTQ+ inclusion, disability, ageism, and more.
Collectively, over 160 actions took place across 56 agencies and 35 countries in 2023. We are making progress while continuing to expand our awareness and making a meaningful impact around the world.
Havas Minds:
our mental wellness approach
At Havas, creating an environment that supports employee mental wellbeing is a key priority. We believe that we all have a responsibility to understand the spectrum of mental health and foster a healthy work culture. In 2020, we launched a range of training sessions to support employee wellness during the pandemic, and have since introduced Havas Minds.
The approach includes mental health awareness training for all global employees, a community of mental health champions to drive global impact, continued learning and awareness and frequent sharing of agency wellness initiatives.
