CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY As an economic player with more than 20,000 employees worldwide, we have a role to play in making the world a better place. We have to focus on actions with a positive impact towards a more inclusive and sustainable society. This is undoubtedly the purpose of both our Meaningful strategy and our CSR policy. It has been ten years since we defined our six CSR commitments together with ambitious objectives to guide all of our practices and businesses. Over the past few years we have achieved most of these objectives, but we can still do more. In order to maximise the visibility of our CSR commitments and concrete actions in our journey to make Havas the most meaningful communications group with our employees and our clients, we have launched the Havas Positive Impact umbrella brand bringing together all our CSR initiatives and actions around the world. It is organised around three key pillars: environment, meaningful communication and people. The next few pages of our magazine celebrate Havas Lemz obtaining the B Corp Certification and showcase some of our Group’s initiatives in the DE&I space. 42
